Introduction
武汉牛拉松科技有限公司 ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MultiHR application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share data across the Mainland China Android build, Google Play Android build, iOS build, and this website.
Important Notice
MultiHR is designed for scientific research, device validation, and sports science workflows. It is not intended for medical diagnosis.
Information Collection and Use
Personal Data
While using the App, we may process information such as:
- Bluetooth device information and heart-rate data from connected devices
- Polar H10 offline exercise records when you actively export stored device data
- Alipay authorization, order, redeem-code, and entitlement status in the Mainland China Android build
- Purchase receipts, transaction status, and entitlement status in Google Play and iOS builds
- APK update request and download log data when the Mainland China Android update flow is used
- Entering the optional Heart World room connects to our server. Your temporary nickname, coarse region, and live heart rate are visible to other room users only after you explicitly turn sharing on.
Technical Data
We may collect technical information such as:
- Device model and operating system version
- App performance data
- Crash reports
- Network request metadata needed to connect to and protect the Heart World room
System Permission Usage
On Android, MultiHR may request the following permissions when the related feature is used:
- Bluetooth and BLE permissions are used to scan for, identify, connect to, and read data from nearby heart-rate devices.
- Location-related permissions may be required by some Android versions for Bluetooth scanning; MultiHR does not use them for location tracking.
- Network permissions are used for membership, Alipay payment, redeem-code verification, update checks, APK downloads, and support.
- Notification, foreground-service, wake-lock, boot, and battery-optimization permissions are used only for long-running recording and keepalive features.
Data Storage
- App records are stored locally on your device. The website’s Local mode keeps its live samples in the current browser tab.
- No raw heart-rate data is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly export, share, or send it to us for support.
- Heart World does not retain a long-term heart-rate history. Your temporary nickname, coarse region, and live heart rate are visible inside the room only when you actively share; otherwise, your device and connection information are not publicly displayed.
- Mainland China membership, order, redeem-code, and update data is processed through our Mainland China services.
- Qiniu Cloud is planned only for Mainland China Android APK storage, download, and CDN distribution, not for heart-rate record storage.
Use of Data
Collected data may be used for:
- Scanning, connecting, recording, comparing, and exporting heart-rate data
- Showing the optional live Heart World room and distributing heart-rate data you explicitly choose to publish
- Providing membership entitlements, Alipay login/payment, purchase validation, and redeem-code verification
- Providing Mainland China Android in-app update checks and APK downloads
- Improving stability and troubleshooting issues
- Technical support
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Third-Party Services
MultiHR uses third-party SDKs and services only where needed by channel or feature: Cloudflare provides the optional website Heart World connection; Alipay handles Mainland China Android login and payment; Polar BLE SDK supports user-triggered Polar H10 offline export; RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, and Apple StoreKit handle global purchases; and Qiniu Kodo/CDN is planned for Mainland China Android APK update distribution. Qiniu is used for APK package delivery, not for storing heart-rate records.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or under 14 for the Mainland China Android build, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in those age groups.
Your Rights

- Stop Heart World sharing immediately by turning sharing off or disconnecting
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Heart World does not retain a long-term heart-rate history, and its live sharing state is cleared after sharing stops or you leave the room.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when the new version is posted on this page.
